Onion Crackers

Onion crackers are our latest addition. They are so flavorful!!! The main ingredient is onion and a lot of it! Onions are high in Vitamin C, Folate, Calcium, Phosphorus, and especially Potassium. The second main ingredient is flex seed.  Flex seed has enormous amount of fiber, it is high in Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Manganese, and Copper. It has a lot of other nutrients but most importantly, flex seed is a “vegan’s fish oil” as it loaded with Omega 3 essential oil. So, enjoy the cracker and feel good about what you are putting in your precious body!
